Out of Stock Items
Despite our best intentions, sometimes the website might enable you to order a product that is out of stock. If this occurs, we will contact you to see if you would like us to place an order with the supplier, or try to find a substitute item for you. If we cannot find a solution for you, we will happily organize a refund. We do not place orders for clearance and discontinued items.
Shipping
Item in stock are usually shipped within 1-2 working days from receiving the complete online order using Australia Post Parcel service. Factors outside of our control may cause a delay. We apologize in advance for any delays that may occur.
Out of stock items can take 3-4 weeks.
You will be notified either by email or phone if any items are out of stock so it is important that you make sure that the details you provide are correct.
Returns
In general Gittabags.com.au does not accept returns except where required by law. Please choose carefully. (Tip: read all the product features).
In cases where Gittabags.com.au does allow for a return of an item - items purchased with Free postage which have not been opened are subject to restocking fee of $25. Items purchased with Free postage which have been opened or used may not be returned. If an item is returned that has been opened or used - a restocking fee of $50 will apply.
